Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially different from its description or has been incorrectly supplied, contact us through our Contact page. Please provide:

  • Your name and order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. We may request further information so that we can assess the product and provide the appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Because many physical products are made specifically for each order, we do not generally accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or errors in information supplied by the customer unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, size information, personalisation and delivery details carefully before completing an order.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

If a digital file is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us so that we can assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

Returning a product

Do not return a product without first contacting us. If a return is required, we will provide the applicable instructions and return details.

Unless otherwise required by law, unauthorised returns, returns sent to a production partner or returns sent to an address appearing on the original parcel may not be accepted.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
